What material are your stickers made from?
Our stickers are made with high-quality vinyl.
Are your stickers waterproof?
Yes! They are waterproof and have been tested in the dishwasher. So you can freely slap them onto your favorite water bottle!
Are your stickers UV protected?
Yes! Our stickers are protected from UV protected and can be used for outdoors for up to 3 years.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
No quite yet. We are still new and have to iron out a few kinks, but we are hoping to sell internationally soon!
Do you offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations?
Cancellations are accepted within the first 24 hours of purchase, as long as your order has not been shipped out yet. Otherwise, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please email admin@thesammusubi.com if you need to make a cancellation.
What do I do if I received a damaged or wrong product?
Please email us if you receive any damaged or wrong item within 14 business days to address any issues that you may have. We cannot assist you after 14 business days or if the item has been used.
